About the Role

Skill Farm Members are invited to apply for the following role:

Responsibilities:

Establish and manage Credit monitoring Forum to escalate expiries and past dues

Support in implementing and managing the RCSA

Identify areas for automation to increase efficiencies and support cost rationalization

Conduct event-based reviews to assess process and policy compliance

Support in establishing Early alert process by liaising with stakeholders

Provide appropriate inputs in formulation of Credit policies & Product programs

Interact with stakeholders voz. product team, Credit, Risk and Operations team etc. for Credit related matters

MIS & presentation preparation for management review

Skills & Qualifications:

Thorough understanding of Credit life cycle, Banking operations, Policies, Regulations, Compliance and Risk management is a must

Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

UAE working experience of 5+ years is a must

Familiar with the CB UAE regulatory regime

Analytical Thinking & Business Oriented approach
