Key accountabilities include:
▪ Key interface between QR Hub Ground Services Management and supplier to ensure contractual SLA’s are being delivered. Identifying opportunities to enhance and improve processes.
▪ Work with key internal stakeholders in the management of contracts / supplier data in accordance to client’s data management policies and procedures for respective categories.
â–ª To work with wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the contract management strategy is understood and that effective support for the strategy is achieved.
â–ª Work with QR Hub Ground Services Management team to provide knowledge and guidance on sound judgement required to identify suppliers based on operational criteria needed to evaluate.
â–ª Visible within the operation to identify areas of improvement working collaboratively with the operational team in delivering continuous improvement both within supply management, operations, and customer delivery.
â–ª Develop and implement contract management and administration procedures in accordance with company policy. Observing and tracking all operational requirements and/or particularities.
â–ª Manage contracting disputes and variations (operational) and participate in disputes and variations (commercial).
â–ª Discuss and manage with Supplier on operational, technical, and payment resolution.
â–ª Research and process inquiries to resolve discrepancies relating to agreements, both internally and externally to present to reporting Manager for resolution.
â–ª Define volume, specifications and business requirements to raise sourcing requests.
â–ª Prepare and provide current market pricing information based on previous sourcing events and/or pricing from nearby regions.
â–ª Define total cost of ownership, Net Present Value, assumptions and total estimated value to be submitted for approval to Cost Management Committee.
â–ª Responsible for legal contract amendments, review drafts, and follow-up with responsible stakeholders for contract approval. Manage upload of draft contracts and/or amendments (for supplier contracts) within provided system.
â–ª Maintain logs and correspondence, change requests / trends, requests from subcontractors.
â–ª Monitor competitive terms. Monitor customer satisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices. Recommend changes.
â–ª Monitor transaction compliance (milestones and deliverables) and Service Level Agreement compliance.
â–ª Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications
About you
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Relevant College or University qualification
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), administrative and technological ability in managing day to day operations.
- Negotiating, Contracting and Procurement coupled with Airport Operations knowledge.
- Knowledge of IATA SGHA and IATA AHM.
- Continually monitoring and auditing performance.
