Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a robust opportunity pipeline in the GCC region and establish enduring business relationships with partners and customers, strategically aligned with current and future products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal customer success and timely revenue realization
  • Manage customer expectations to ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
  • Expand and leverage relationships within the customer ecosystem in the edge computing market
  • Foster effective relationships with industry-specific partners, channels, and distributors
  • Institute processes to facilitate efficient joint business planning and execution with partners
  • Oversee monthly forecasting, sales opportunities, and account business plans
  • Develop compelling presentations and proposals showcasing the technical features and benefits of products and solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients
  • Solicit client feedback to inform product enhancements and improvements
  • Achieve KPIs related to Prospecting, Engagement, Quotations, and Bookings
  • Remain abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Serve as a brand ambassador in the region, participating in exhibitions and trade shows

Requirements

  • Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in deal closure
  • Possess 10+ years of business development and sales experience in the technology sector
  • Hands-on experience selling AI Computing/Semiconductor products and solutions
  • Extensive experience and a robust ecosystem network in Embedded and AI Computing markets in the GCC region
  • Profound understanding of use cases within Defence and Government sectors
  • Strong familiarity with use cases in end-markets such as retail, industrial, manufacturing, security, healthcare, medical, and smart cities
  • Technical proficiency and comprehensive business knowledge of the AI industry, with the ability to provide value-add in resolving partner and customer challenges
  • Proven track record of surpassing revenue targets for innovative, new, and pioneering industry solutions
  • Experience in identifying and qualifying prospects for product alignment to enable efficient paths to revenue opportunities
  • Proficiency in pricing strategies, channel economics, and negotiation tactics
  • Expertise in leading alliances and driving complex deal negotiations
  • Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical teams, to optimize lead generation and conversion processes
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Arabic

Education

  • Master’s in management or Bachelor’s/Master’s in Technology (Electronics/Computer Science or related field)
