Our client is a well established corporate training organization with several offices across the region. They specialize in industry based courses using industry based expert trainers within the field to ensure maximum benefit to their clients.

Their office in Doha is a small but highly successful team covering the entire Qatar region. They are seeking a 2nd Business Development Executive to further develop their client portfolio. The candidate will also manage a team of 2 supporting Customer Service Executives.

Duties of the role will include

  • Developing existing business and managing clients needs
  • Creating new business opportunities across all Industries
  • Meeting and presenting to clients to sell training courses and discuss their needs
  • Networking amongst business groups, local events and make contact with decision makers
  • Dealing with people at all levels, often at Director and C level
  • Business intelligence and research to define the most suitable course for clients
  • Assisting with the marketing aimed specifically at the Qatar market

Required Skills

  • You must already be based in Qatar
  • Experience and proven results within a business development role in Qatar is essential
  • You will be tenacious, driven, positive and hard working
  • A flexible attitude is required in order to maximize all business opportunities and client needs
  • Arabic speaking or a 2nd language is preferred, but not essential
