As a Branch Manager, you will lead a passionate local team while playing a broader role in supporting other Adelaide branches as business needs evolve. Key responsibilities include:

- Drive branch performance across service, sales, revenue, and operational excellence, aligned with strategic goals.
- Champion a consistent, high-quality member experience—friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and tailored.
- Embed a strong member-first operating rhythm, supporting both in-branch and digital adoption across the network.
- Develop your people through structured coaching, feedback, and capability-building to help them uncover member needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Engage deeply with your local community, identifying growth, business development, and external referral opportunities.
- Support change and transformation initiatives across the Adelaide region, providing agile leadership as the retail network continues to evolve.
- Ensure strong risk, compliance, and WHS practices, promoting a safe and positive environment for your team and members.
- Collaborate across the Retail and Member Experience division to ensure alignment, consistency, and outstanding outcomes across all channels.
