Responsibilities

 

  • Reviews cost proposals and pricing information.
  • Prepares and administers contracts and purchase orders with vendors.
  • Compares bids from vendors and determines, or assists with determination, to whom contracts will be awarded.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals to ensure that all requirements are met.
  • Confirms that terms and delivery dates are accurate.
  • Evaluate the competence of vendors and review their invoices for accuracy.
  • Maintains database regarding vendors’ performance and quality of product(s).
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • A tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution

Years & Nature of Experience

  • Will be a fresh graduate with 3 years of experience in the same or a similar domain
  • If with experience, would have been accountable for the completion of assigned tasks and project work and has developed a level of competence to carry out work independently
