Park Hyatt Doha is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Stewarding. In this role, you will assist in overseeing the stewarding department and play a key role in maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and operational efficiency within our hospitality establishment. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to drive excellence will contribute to the success of our stewarding operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Previous experience in managing and leading a team in a stewarding or similar department, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software related to inventory management, reporting, and other relevant stewarding applications.
  • Understanding of budget management principles and the ability to manage stewarding department expenses effectively.
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes, including monitoring stock levels, tracking costs, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with team members, other departments, and senior management.
