In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the daily security operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of our esteemed guests, dedicated staff, and the prestigious property itself. You’ll work closely with the hotel management to develop and implement security policies, maintain compliance with local safety regulations, and lead a team of professionals to uphold the highest standards of safety.

Qualifications

  • Ideally with a professional diploma or certification in Safety and Security.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a security management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Experience managing security teams and overseeing safety protocols
  • Familiarity with security systems and surveillance equipment (CCTV, access control, etc.)
  • Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are an asset.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations and communicate clearly under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and external agencies.
