1.    Setting sales targets with the help of Operations Director.

2.    Assist the Operations Director in all Operation aspects and concerns

3.    Maximizing sales and profitability – daily monitoring of sales and pushing the Store managers on how to achieve the target and what are the opportunities.

4.    Providing the team with a stimulating and supportive environment

5.    Providing the Restaurant Management Team the training needed to have more development on their respective role.

6.    Maintaining and increasing standards in the restaurants to ensure high quality of products at any given time.

7.    SMT Monitoring of all Stores.

8.    Monitoring engagement of FREADY application of all Restaurants.

9.    Monitoring engagement of PTE-U application of all Restaurants.

10.  Monitoring engagement of 360 application of all Restaurants.

11.  Do RVT visit in all Restaurants (6 visit) per month (RVT, FS, CIP, SOS, LTO)

12. Conduct regularly scheduled restaurant visits with the management team to evaluate restaurant conditions and develop improvement plans when necessary; react quickly to product safety recalls and follow up for 100% compliance in assigned locations.

13.  Assist the Training Restaurant Manager (TRGM) on providing training to all Restaurant Managers if we have a new product

14.  Provide training with the newly hired manager together with the Training Restaurant Manager.

15.  Direct Reporting to – Regional Operations and Training Consultant to discuss about SMT Results, RVT Results and Action Plans with the knowledge of Operations Director
