Job Purpose:

Custody analyst supports operation and maintenance teams with spare part management, daily troubleshooting, problem identification and resolution activities, bad actors, project related activities and MLP committee activities to run and maintain the site safely and efficiently without interruption.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Comply with PK policies, OMS and El-ISS management systems. Attend monthly Department EHSS meeting.
2. Support Business Planning & Control, Operation and Maintenance daily activities related to all Custody Transfer Measurement Systems (normal or emergency cases) which require knowledge and assessment.
3. Review/monitor supplier designs of all Custody Transfer Measurement Systems against standards, specifications, process requirements. Also, enhance Custody Transfer Measurement Systems reliability and availability especially critical equipment by utilizing all internal and external resources including vendors and contractors. In addition, all other relevant documents to be documented and tracked.
4. Ensure the availability of all Custody Transfer Measurement Systems and instruments spare parts, review and support material team (CPD) with required data for new part registration formalities and follow up for all issues related to all Custody Transfer Measurement Systems obsoleteness.
5. Ensure testing, maintaining and modifying existing Custody Transfer Measurement Systems and established maintenance strategies (PM) and ensure all tools and work force requirements are provided for completing the work activities.
6. Generate new or review due SMPs for field instrumentations and ensure QA/QC with SMP is well implemented to provide quality execution of all instrument activities
7. Initiates and support Custody Transfer Measurement Systems projects that improve efficiency and or reduce maintenance costs.
8. Participate in T/A, lead scope of work creation, Material BOM & Support QA/QC of T/A Activities.
9. Support in MOC Initiation / Review / implementation as per SHEM09.
10. Support in the preparation of Maintenance & Capital Spares Budget.

Requirements:  

B. S. degree in Electronics-Communication discipline.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field.
