Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers and resolve issues.
  • Assist with baggage handling, ensuring all items are properly tagged and transported.
  • Direct passengers to the appropriate gates and assist with boarding processes.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with airport regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in designated areas.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an airport or hospitality setting is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
