Accounts Supervisor – Staybridge Suites Doha

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Check all the invoices daily as per receiving report. Upload all the documents posted to FBM. Check all the invoices individually to make sure all the backup are attached.
- Update all the invoices after checking from AP mode.
- Receive all the direct purchases & post to the correct G/L Expense account, make sure all the supporting documents are attached.
- Make T/T – DD – TC as per our payment terms and forward to AFC for approval and after that to FC & GM.
- Check payroll system for any updates and approvals for financial transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments as required and regarding payroll.
- Prepares monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends.
- Prepares all outgoing Statement of Accounts (SA’s).
- Follow up with Front Office and other departments any pending folios, missing checks and supporting documents including those being billed by other A.R. staff.
What We need from you:
◠Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Accounting or Finance  
◠Or three years in hotel accounting or internal audit with one year in a supervisory role 
◠Or an equivalent combination of education and experience 
◠Must speak fluent English
