Accounting Trainee

What you’ll be doing  

• Receiving Payment cheques/cash from Salesmen of distributions companies.
• Sending Cheques/ cash received to bank for deposit.
• Passing related entries in AR module and inform AR team for allocations.
• Issuing Travel cash advance in Concur for Khobar employees and pay the amount to them in cash or request bank transfer through payment team.
• Pay petty cash expenses if any to Khobar office employees.
• Prepare petty cash movement and cash count of Khobar office.
• Approving Khobar stores expenses through Focus

What you’ll need to succeed
 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Fresh Graduate
• Fluent English Language
