Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily accounting tasks, such as data entry, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper filing of documents.
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist with other reconciliation tasks.
  • Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including answering phone calls and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by the accounting team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
