Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, such as data entry, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper filing of documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with other reconciliation tasks.
- Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including answering phone calls and scheduling meetings.
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by the accounting team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
