Responsibilities:

  • Reviews all documents prepared by Juniors before their release.
  • Reviews all the documents sent by clients or counterparty.
  • Drafts the requested agreements and provides advisory to clients on legal queries
  • Assesses the performance of their Juniors on matters related to cases assigned to them (juniors)
  • Provides training for Juniors via reviewing work and guidance on the Junior’s assigned cases.
  • Sets deadlines for their team and assesses the quality of work provided to clients.
  • Communicates with clients and responds to their needs
  • Provides clients with creative strategies and effectively manages legal matters from start to end
  • Provide commercial legal advice to clients across all aspects of the business.
  • Support the business with legal communications to clients and other organisations in support of compliance and customer relations.
  • Review and development of policy documents and Service Level Agreements.
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts on behalf of client.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Law
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field.
  • Experience in commercial law and financial transactions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Arabic.
  • Understand and maintain confidentiality
