The Service Delivery Manager manages the service delivery for an assigned area and portfolio of products and services. Ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by enabling flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs

 

As Area Service Delivery Manager – Drilling Fluids, you will be responsible for:

 

Fuel your passion

 

·       Managing North Gulf operations for dcf (Kuwait, Qatar, Turkey, Iraq)

·       Leading a Cross Country Team of Direct and Dotted Line Reports

·       Turning around the Business Performance in terms of Revenue OI

·       Managing Key Customers Relationship (KOC, QE, TPAO)

·       Driving HSE Culture improvement

·       Billing & Collections Performance improvement

·       Identifying and developing talents within the Teamy

·       Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.

·       Collaborating with sales/comms teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity).

·       Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and by developing Quality plans in line with our job cycle process.

·       Ensuring that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed.

·       Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility.

·       Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans

To be successful in this role you will:

 

·       Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college

·       10-15 years experience in Oil & Gas industry and  Drilling & Completion Fluids Operations

·       Have strong Financial Acumen

·       Have knowledge of chemicals utilized in Oil & Gas industry

·       Excellent leadership , strong interpersonal , influencing and planning skills

·       Strong oral and written communication skills.

·        Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

·       Ability to work independently.

·       Strong problem solving skills.

·       Knowledge of function and operation of specialized drilling fluids testing equipment
