We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Life Safety Business.
What you’ll do:
- Manage responsibilities related to Tendering, Project Management of Life Safety – Emergency Lighting & Fire Alarm systems.
- Support Channel Partners and Electrical Contractors across Dubai , Northern Emirates , Abu Dhabi & Al Alain
- Support all aspects of the relationship with customers and create demand through Channel Partner & Contractors within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Building strong project pipeline through demand creation.
- Instrumental in project’s finalization and approval with Contractor, Consultant & End Users.
- Collecting, analyzing, and utilizing market intelligence data on competition products, customer needs, preferences and buying habits.
- Connect Channel Partners to cutting-edge offers, applications, and tools to enable their commercial success. Working closely with Channel Partners in offer optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to offer full scope of Eaton Portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Product Management, Partner Support & Marketing to deliver solutions as per project need.
- Support Sales team exceed sales and profitability metrics to assist in achieving organization growth and Profit plan.
- Prioritize customer needs & aware of market trends and competitive insights.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience with Life Safety systems within Middle East.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, preferred.
- Technically strong and Knowledge of Life Safety Systems.
- Sound understanding of Life Safety codes and standards.
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
