Position Overview

Based in Kuwait, we are currently seeking a:

Showroom Coordinator

(Kuwait)

Provide excellent service to showroom clients and promote professionally all type of products.

Key Tasks

  • Promote and sell BanoPuratos’ products to walk in customers.
  • Provide sales and administrative support through various duties such as taking customers’ orders, follow-up on customers’ transactions, and invoice sales orders.
  • Provide support to the sales department and customers during the sales process.
  • Help walk-in customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure high level of customer’s satisfaction.
  • Responsible about the showroom’s inventory and transfers.
  • Request the needed/missing products for the showroom.
  • Responsible of handling mails received and contact courier companies for external mail.
  • Communicating with the procurement department, in coordination with the warehouse department, to set the needed goods from different suppliers.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after sales support when needed.

Job Profile

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Ability to develop in depth knowledge of the products and the markets
