This role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within the given timeline. It will also oversee all aspects of the project, including coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery

Project Planning and Initiation

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, control measures, and deadlines estimates.
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Project Execution and Control

  • Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Monitor project progress and track key milestones and deliverables.
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project methodologies, standards, and best practices

Stakeholder Management & Project Documentation

  • Identify project stakeholders and establish effective communication channels.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

 

Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, IS).
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
