This role will enhance services technology, integrate customer data, or capture engines/products reliability, availability, maintenance, safety, and other performance parameters including hourly, nonexempted and exempt employees as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities.

The position requires understanding of a concepts, methods, and procedures (technical bachelor’s degree).

 

As a Dedicated Diagnostic Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting of installed base including activities such as customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, Monitoring & Diagnostics, fleet configuration, maintenance of fleet data, outage management.
  • Resolving problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent.
  • Working together with people from the business unit under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities, and giving explanations on technical issues.
  • Communicating with direct team and supervisor.
  • Presenting to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have bachelor’s degree (Major: mechanical or electrical/Electronic or computer engineering preferred) from an accredited university or college.
  • Have Fluency in English.

 

 

Desired Characteristics:

  • Have previous experience working in an engineering role is preferred.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Have strong interpersonal, leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Have ability to work independently.
