Embark on a journey with us as an HR Supervisor at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel). We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in IHG hotels, excellent English, and communication skills. The role is ideal for someone talented, ready to enhance employee engagement and handle key HR responsibilities.

A little of your day-to-day:

  • Ensure the Hotel’s and colleagues’ license/legal documents are active and updated.
  • Lead and manage HR engagement activities, creating a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee department matters, ensuring smooth processes and compliance.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including screening, onboarding, and induction.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee information and legal documentation.

What we need from you:

  • Prior experience in hotels with an in-depth understanding of HR practices and Saudi labor laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive approach to HR solutions and employee relations.
