Coordinator Ground Operation – JEDDAH

Coordinate in all Ground Operations tasks according to approved rules and procedures to achieve desired objectives. 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Coordinate and follow-up with relevant departments in all matters related to ground operations
• Ensure existence of aircraft at the gate at least three hours prior to take-off and coordinate with direct supervisor in case of delay
• Ensure transfer and escalation of travelers on flights
• Follow-up loading and downloading baggage of passengers traveling on flights 
• Provide services and equipment needed to aircrafts
• Operation and drive ground equipment of Escalators / lounge / Medical Lift
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of ground equipment
• Ensure the readiness of ground equipment before its use in coordination with specialists in ground equipment maintenance
• Provide support ground services to the aircraft and crew members
• Follow-up aircraft loading according to loading form and sign the loading sheets
• Respond to passengers inquires and provide necessary information in coordination with the direct supervisor
• Use of communications devices to respond to the needs of passengers
• Follow-up telexes and coordinate with direct supervisor
• Use of automated systems and programs specialized in aviation industry
• Perform any other tasks in the field of work as directed by his supervisor

 

 

Required qualifications and experience:

• High school with at least (2) years of work experience in relevant field Or Diploma and preferred who major in Administration or any other related major.
• Driving ground equipment license .
