What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional service and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Support the training and development of the Front Office staff to maintain the highest standards of service.
  • Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • A hospitality professional with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
  • A natural leader with a talent for inspiring and developing a high-performing team.
  • Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a calm demeanor under pressure and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is required
