As a Projects Sales Executive, you will be promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new/existing/specified potential customers by utilizing Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO, and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce, promote and sell Decorative products to all stakeholders in the project sales business, including clients, contractors and applicators.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals early in new construction projects to ensure Jotun’s products are specified and used, achieving targeted sales budgets.
  • Create new customers by analyzing the market, plan visits to potential customers, and responding swiftly to quotations and inquiries to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Maintain and build relationships with all existing stakeholders to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Arrange training sessions and presentations for stakeholders to educate them on product features, benefits, and application techniques.
  • Follow up on collections as per assigned targets to ensure departmental financial goals are met.
  • Create and maintain data in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.

What we are looking for:

  • Holding bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Arabic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
