YOUR TASKS:
- Ensure all new Electronic Shipping Solution and/or new releases which are tested and signed-off are rolled out in a timely manner.
- eCommerce customer onboarding on solutions that meet the customer requirements
- Ensure all requests and issues are logged in the Service Desk and Global change control policies are followed.
- Maintaining asset management, security policies and agreed standard operating environment
- Ensure ESS country KPI(s) are achieved and provide reporting analysis
- Able to communicate well with people on all levels, different backgrounds and cultures.
- Able to lead and manage projects, keep relevant stakeholder updated.
YOUR PROFILE:

Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
- Experience in implementing and supporting Customer integration solutions, electronic shipping solutions and other business related projects.
- Experience in eCommerce project lead roles
- Strong technical and analytical skills with knowledge on API (XML, JSON, REST), EDI and integration solutions
- Good communications and presentation skills.
- Customer facing and end-user focused.
- Creative problem solving skills and an ability to work conceptually.
- Able to achieve results through influencing others.
- Team, Vendor and project management skills
- 3 years of experience in customer solution delivery and API/EDI technologies and related field.
