Job Description
As a professional services consultant you will be responsible for the implementation and support of various products in NCR Atleos portfolio. You will be working with a team of talented individuals with multiple years of experience in banking and self – service industry. You will be required to visit customers, visit branches for ATM Image deployments, Troubleshooting, patching and work closely with their IT and Business teams to ensure timely delivery as well as exceptional level of support.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, information technology or relevant fields
- 5 – 10 years’ experience in IT industry
- Experience working within self-service environments.
- Experience in banking
- Experience with Windows based systems to understand concepts like building gold images, patch updates, system drivers, diagnostics, logs reading etc)
- Client Relationship Management
- Understanding of API services.
- Experience with PowerShell.
- Good knowledge of web technologies
- Good knowledge of databases
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with limited management supervision.
- Fluency in English – written and verbal.
