Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing engineering projects and maintenance contracts related to fire alarm systems, F&G Systems, life safety, and instrumentation.

How You Will Do It:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain fire alarm, F&G, and life safety systems.
• Conducting inspections, testing, and maintenance of Fire alarm, fire protection and Life Safety Systems.
• Preparing comprehensive ITM (Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance) reports inline with the Qatar Civil defenses requirements.
• Communicating effectively with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with NFPA standards & Codes and Qatar Civil Défense requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Leverage your 10+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas and commercial sectors.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering.
• Be a QCDD Certified Fire Alarm (Electrical) Engineer with a minimum Grade-B certification.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fire alarm /F&G/VESDA/Central battery/UPS/Life Safety/Fire suppression systems.
• Utilize your expertise in handling Qatar Civil Défense inspections and documentation procedures.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Hold a valid Qatar Driving License.

• A strong technical background in fire alarm/F&G/instrumentation Engineering documentation preparations & Procedures.
• Proficiency in NFPA standards and codes.
• Experience in maintaining fire alarm, firefighting, and life safety systems.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and project stakeholders.
