Coordinates the tactical logistics and task assignments of client relationship projects.Addresses problems and issues that may be of a sensitive, difficult, non-routine or moderately complex nature.Advises professionals and managers of resulting corrective actions
Responds to requests or inquiries from clients concerning sales and project items and issues.Resolves moderately sophisticated issues or refers them to the professional/managerial staff
Under the supervision of the professional and managerial staff, trains, delegates and reviews the work of lower level support employees.
Participates on internal teams to research and identify areas for enhancement or change.May makes minor adjustments and enhancements to working methods to improve effectiveness of area. Communicates results to affected parties
Influences others outside the department regarding practices and procedures.
Assists with on-boarding new hires or transfers-in. As recognized specialist, acts as the advice and monitoring conduit for a broad variety of Client Relationship issues.
Works on special projects as directed by management to enhance the client relationship process
Prepares client relationship managment and activity reports
