Portal Administration ManagerThe Portal Administrator will be in charge of organizing all tasks related to the handling of RFQs, orders, delivery, and post-delivery updates on our major customer portals. In this position, you will actively manage your team, facilitate improvement initiatives and work closely with our Business Units to ensure seamless coordination with their portal management goals.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Drive continuous improvements in the administration of our customers portals and ensure that all customer enquiries are dealt with effectively and efficiently
  • Responsibility to lead new portal setup and user account role assignments on all customer portals
  • Lead the team on daily portal activities and customer emails, ensuring detailed administrative processes and timely request handling.
  • Drive new innovative business process flows and enhance existing process flows for portal management where appropriate
  • Innovate new solutions to align our customers’ expectations with our world-class business goals.
  • Manage complex customer expectations and update customers with any issues as early as possible after coordinating with internal partners to minimize the impact on operations.
  • Develop and agree mitigation plans with customers and the Business Unit leaders, where applicable, by providing a revised delivery plan in the event of emergencies or unforeseen disruptions in the supply chain.
  • Drive the portal interactions to improve our customer performance scores are incerasing on a quarterly basis
  • Generate and provide timely and accurate updates of data for all team members, including bi-weekly critical metric reports to customers and the Emerson Management team.
  • Responsible to immediately advise Manager/Supervisor and partners in case of discrepancies.
  • Engage with Emerson’s Local Business Partners supply chain teams to ensure their processes are aligned with the above requirements.
  • Drive further alignments with our internal teams to handle order updates and deliveries within our customers’ systems.
  • Run customer meetings and coordinating events with the client’s logistics team when necessary
  • Manage the coordination of client communications regarding updates to agreements.
  • Support the resolution of portal issues and meet customer critical metrics
  • Manage the portals by uploading all legal agreements entities and documents between Emerson and other parties are readily available to the organization.
  • Support local content projects and initiatives such as (Made in Saudi, Future Manufacturing, Etimad Platform …etc).
  • Conduct Toolbox Talks and training sessions as appropriate.
  • Mentor the next layer of leadership by assigning stretch goals and assignments.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and actions at the site.

 

 

 

Who you are:

  • You are an experienced professional in Material Supply Management with a strong focus on Customer Service.
  • You are a leader, collaborative, innovative, proactive, motivated, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.

 

For this Role, You Will Need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience and a consistent track record in leadership in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
  • Leadership experience in manufacturing or a related industry, with preferable experience in automation and instrumentation solutions.
  • Strong business insights in support of business goals.
  • The ability to lead sophisticated customer interactions and comfortably engage with customers at decision-making levels.
  • Innovative to optimize business processes.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
