3. Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities
3.1. Primary Functions
• Perform onsite planned inspections to verify the implementation of H&S
procedures and make sure that there are no unsafe acts within the event
area.
• Perform toolbox talks for all stakeholders to explain to them the safe
precautions that must be followed during the performance of any activity
within the event.
• Perform workshops and training sessions to spread awareness regarding
evacuation plans and safety precautions for each site.
• Develop daily and weekly reporting scheme to cover all ongoing activities
and H&S violations if any.
• Perform safety investigation and root cause analysis in case of any incident
and develop a lesson learned tracker to improve awareness and prevent
the re-occurrence of similar incidents.
• Fill incident reporting template and share it with responsible stakeholders in
case of any incident or near hit.
• Assessing risk associated with workplace activities, equipment, processes.
• Enforcing safety protocols & regulations
