Summary of the job:
Promoting products to HCP by 1:1 meeting, presentation and in-service Meetings with clinical and non-clinical stakeholder in order to finalize sales process. Attending and supporting EP cases in order to reach to his cases target and achieve his account BP
Duties & Responsibilities
· To spend 75% of the working time in Field activities
· Maintaining proper collaboration with all company team members to ensure that implementation of all field operations is properly conducted for customers benefits.
· Organizing effective and professional meetings with targeted customers.
· Outdoor field sales through cold calling using AIDINC to sell our products range to the potential corporate clients.
· Perform 3D mapping cases following company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.
· Educate customers on all BWI products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings.
· Develop and grow mutually beneficial customer relationships within and beyond the EP lab, including, but not limited to physicians, nurses and technicians, clinical and hospital administrators and staff.
· Respond daily to requests by email and voicemail from customers, practitioners and partners.
· Travel is expected at 20-30%, overnight locally, regionally and nationally sometimes on short notice to support cases.
· Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Local Country and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
· Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the effective use of BWI’s systems and catheter equipment (e.g., The CARTO® System and associated software modules and RF generator) during case procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.
· Maximize customer case support (3D mapping) capability through proper planning and scheduling techniques.
· Engage in diagnostic dialogue with multiple internal and external business partners and stakeholders, and formulate solutions based on dialogue and input gained during session.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience Required
· Education: University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent. Scientific or Medical background is preferred.
· Bachelor degree in Biomedical engineer or Electrophysiology / Cardio Technology.
· Cath lab experience is preferred
· Experience: 0-2 years
· Language: Arabic & English is must
· Location: Jeddah or Ryiadh
