About the opportunity

Conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability, and market share.

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met. via regular visits, phone calls and emails.

Provide excellent service and support by regular calling to build strong relationships and resolve operational issues between vendors and partners..

Make sure that the item lists of the vendors are up to date at all times.

Optimise the vendor content (MOA, delivery time, prep time, etc).

Educate new partners on basic operational and content knowledge to help kickstart and maintain their performance on talabat. 

Automate and digitalize vendor experience by pushing for vendor portal adoption, self-service and self-booking through talabat vendor dashboard

Commission rate renegotiation: Building new commercial relationships by renewing the existing contacts by renegotiating the offer.

Advertisement sales: Acquiring and maintaining pictures from brand items,, branding Talabat stickers at vendors, banners and newsletter.

Generate vendor coupons, promotions, and vouchers from existing vendors.

Convince vendors for brand promotion of Talabat pictures.

Transmission method optimization: Convincing vendors to use Pelican and properly use Check-in required features, replacement features

Convince vendors to go for digitalization (Backlinks, Splash pages, White-label, Facebook button).

Encourage vendors to subscribe to the online payment gateway.

Coordinate with the vendor, if the vendor is live or active on Talabat, checking and resolving the reason, such as shutdown or stopped delivery

related to the brand on Sales Force

Lead your portfolio on menu quality index, price parity, vendor-funded deals, and drive affordability.

Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are on track and with your team lead to ensure constant portfolio growth.

Maintain granular reporting on your portfolio’s performance. 

Upselling new services to our existing partners such as logistics as a service, tPro, and various loyalty programs.

What you need to be successful

Bachelor’s Degree within Business Administration or any other related field

Have a passion for sales with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Sales, account management, or related experience.

Have excellent Negotiation Skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working.

Communication skills (Written and Verbal)

Strong analytical skills.

You excel in a transactional deal cycle

High level of ownership and dedication. 

You show creative sales tactics to engage with prospects. 

Experience using CRM (Salesforce) and Google Apps.
