Research trends and best-practices from within and outside the industry
Support in writing A/B test plans and help manage them end to end – incl. implementation, analysis and communication while running Delivery fees variations tests to reach the optimal DF per zone and Derive Positive NTR
Gather findings of pricing experiments and formulate actionable recommendations
Program customer surveys and analyze results
Perform data queries and run analyses
Become expert in operating our best-in-class dynamic pricing tool, resolve simple requests coming from Local and Regional Teams while providing ad-hoc support.
Improve the demand management process in Oman; create SOPs, optimize internal processes, initiate improvements affecting the overall efficiency
Liaise with internal stakeholders such as marketing and sales to improve forecasting and customer data insights.
Improve reporting and data visibility for faster and more effective decision-making for all markets, keeping up with the dynamic and fast nature of Talabat operations to always provide the best solutions.
Derive insights and present recommendations to top management
Support other stakeholders when required or as requested from Line Manager
Qualifications
What Did We Order?
Bachelor’s degree. STEM and Economics backgrounds are highly preferred
Proficient with SQL required
2 years’ experience, analytical roles in tech start-ups and/or in pricing highly preferred
Strong business acumen, and statistics knowledge.
Very strong analytical skills and problem-solving with complex data sets
Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to drive complex ideas and process to diverse people across markets and teams
Highly proficient in Microsoft; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (or Google equivalents)
