We are seeking a motivated and results-driven ERP Implementation Officer to join our team at Aumet. As an ERP Implementation Officer, you will be responsible for training our customers on our ERP system to pharmacies in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of ERP and other business applications
  • Provide support for these business applications
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders, and assist in developing project plans and timelines to achieve successful implementation
  • Specify and manage ERP implementation and updates
  • Guide internal and external resources through ERP implementation phases, evaluation, troubleshooting and optimization Interface with ERP vendor and ensure quality (performance, cost, and timeliness) of services delivered
     
  • Identify improvements in business operation workflow and ensure proper implementation in ERP and other business applications
  • Train and coach end-users
  • Support Sales team by providing demo

Requirements:

  • 2 years previous experience implementing ERP systems or have played a key role as an SME on a project management team
  • BS in accounting, or another business-related field, or equivalent market experience
  • Preferably experienced in Odoo ERP system
  • Extensive knowledge of department processes: Procurement, Sales Order Management, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, Production and Planning
  • Experience working in Manufacturing and/or Distribution industries preferred
  • Strong project management skills, with excellent customer training skills
     
  • Understanding of software delivery processes and methodologies
    Flexible and able to work effectively across all levels
