Responsible for all internal and external material movements related to AUH facility. Responsible for all warehouse functions. Please only apply if you have sufficient experience and skills required as per job description below.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Managing inventory accuracy physically and electronically
- Work closely with external and internal customers for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain and document all customer-supplied property in safe and easily identified way
- Manage all transactions and coding on web-based data-uploading systems.
- Record and document all shipment-related details like shipment, customs, deposit charges etc
- Co-ordinate with freight forwards and local authorities for all shipment-related activities.
- Co-ordinate with buyers and suppliers for shipment of purchased items.
- Work closely with planning and production for material and information flow to facilitate production.
- Managing inventory accuracy physically and electronically
- Conduct cycle counts and periodic counts on inventory
- Manage daily transactions on work orders like closing of work orders, issuing material to work orders
FACILITY SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES :
- Lead and participate NOV daily management meetings
- Update management on incoming shipments and issues related.
- Update management on inventory health and position.
- Ensure all HSE requirements to facility are met and be a safety leader.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma or equivalent – any discipline
EXPERIENCE:
- Min 3 yrs experience in a similar field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Middle East.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- JD Edwards Knowledge and skills
- MS office skills.
