The operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating order fulfillment between Operations teams and the Warehouse. The role requires multi-department facilitation to help meet our customer requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY
- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues.
- Responsible to receive/unload equipment’s from customers for service team.
- Responsible to load serviced equipment for customers.
- Responsible to keep a record of hard/soft copies of the documents.
- Responsible to send email on time once equipment received/collected.
- Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening.
- Handling enquiries in Logistics matters from other members or staff.
- Responsible to add third party cost to the work orders.
- Responsible to add man hours to the work orders.
- Responsible to close WO
- Responsible to allocate correct WO/batch to OA and dispatch.
- Responsible for coordinating with suppliers for goods and materials delivery.
- Great strategic planning and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a high-pressure environment
- Collaboration and teamwork skills
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the work area.
- To assist in internal and external audits.
- Engaged in any other activities required by their Manager.

Health, Safety and Environment
- Take reasonable care of own safety.

- Work in accordance with information, training & instruction provided.
- Refrain from intentionally misusing or recklessly interfering with anything that has been provided for health, safety and environmental reasons.
- Report any hazardous defects in plant and equipment, or shortcomings in the existing safety controls, to direct Manager/HSE without delay.
- Stop any process or practice which is unsafe or hazardous and report this to HSE and the management.
- Report all accidents, incident, and hazardous situations to management.
- Stop work immediately if you have any safety concerns over the task and discuss with a manager
Qualifications: (Education/No. of Years of Experience)
- High School Degree or higher.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (both verbal & written)
- Min 1-year experience of using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems or similar.
- Analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Results orientated and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
