We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in KSA Labor Laws and regulations, capable of handling employee grievances and inquiries, and proficient in record management. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting in visa processes, thus requiring strong knowledge of KSA visas.

 

Responsibilities:

– Ensure compliance with KSA Labor Laws and regulations.

– Manage employee grievances and provide timely resolutions.

– Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

– Assist in visa processes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.

– Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives.

– Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes as needed.

– Stay updated with changes in KSA Labor Laws and regulations.

 

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

– Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role in Saudi Arabia.

– Strong knowledge of KSA Labor Laws and regulations.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to handle employee grievances and inquiries effectively.

– Proficient in record management and documentation.

– Experience in visa processes and knowledge of KSA visas.

– Ability to work well in a team environment.

– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
