We are seeking to hire a Technical Operations Coordinator to join our Technical Operations department. The Technical Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and preparing technical employee rosters, managing duty travel and annual shift patterns, and assisting managers with daily administrative functions. And providing office and administrative support to the department. This is a full-time job based in Abu Dhabi.

Essential Criteria

  • Diploma or bachelor’s in business administration or finance or education or human resources.
  • Minimum 5 years’ admin experience including 2 years’ experience as personal assistant for Director level and above.
  • Knowledge of Scheduling and Rostering.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Criteria

  • Preferred experience in the aviation industry.
  • Immediate availability to join.
