Customer Service Engineer – Swisslog Healthcare 

As a Customer Service Engineer at Swisslog Healthcare you will perform all Customer Support duties and responsibilities relating to Swisslog products (AMTS and ADMS) which include preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, warranty service, emergency service, on-call services and promotion of company products and services as requested. Your Collaboration

As a Customer Service Engineer, you deal with the following tasks.

  • Insuring/increasing customer satisfaction through effective complaints handling and periodic customer care visits
  • Provide scheduled preventive maintenance service to the customer and conduct periodic customer care visits to monitor product performance and customer satisfaction
  • Train Swisslog customers on system and light maintenance operations and identify opportunities to add value to the customer installation
  • Report product quality issues to Customer Service Manager and of any problems that arise within their area of responsibility
  • Ensure that required administrative paperwork, Service Work Orders, Expense Reports and Downtime Reports, as well as start-up logs are properly filled out and processed in a timely manner

Your competence

  • B.S Degree in Mechatronics or Electronic Engineering
  • Related experience or job equivalent
  • Ability to read blueprint, schematics and wiring diagrams to extract necessary technical information
  • Computer software and hardware literate with Windows Application experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English to be able to handle telephone calls
  • Flexible and able to work night shift
