Job Duties and Qualifications

Under general supervision, promotes excellent customer relations at the worksite. Operations logistic preparation, mobilization, delivery, execution, demobilization, reporting processes and maintenance. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance to the Cementing service and support equipment such as manifold, lines, chemical delivery, bulk plant, data monitoring equipment and service equipment such as Cement Pumping and Mixing equipment, Blender, Liquid Additive Metering Systems, Centrifugal Pumps, Plug containers tools, etc. Equipment lay out and rig up / rig down operations on the location. Operation of the support equipment and the service equipment such as Cement Pumping and Mixing equipment, Blender, Liquid Additive Metering Systems, Centrifugal Pumps, Plug containers tools, Data Acquisition System, etc., depending on the equipment available at the location of the assignment. Managing of the chemical inventory during logistic preparation and at the wellsite. Pre-blending fluid systems as required. Plan and perform calculations for fluids management and operations at the well site, as needed. Demonstrates knowledge of products such as cementing blends, spacer fluid systems, sodium silicate fluid system, loss circulation additives, casing attachments, float equipment, multiple stage cementing tools, and squeeze packers. Cementing additives quality control during the resources preparation. Sets-up and runs assigned Cement PSL equipment related to monitoring and acquiring job data and for accurate mixing of cement slurries in the performance of a cementing job. Downloads Controller and/or performs real-time report generation of job data using the appropriate computer system. Supervises successful, efficient, and professional delivery of products and services. Solicits pertinent service work information from the customer and ensure all necessary personnel have the same information to work from. Understands lab test data such as pump time, density, yield, water ratio, etc. Perform data acquisition system setup and real time data collection during the delivery of service. Coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. Provides planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and dispute resolutions to approved levels. Provide reporting to customers and prepare the Job Packet required by the PSL / HMS. Participate in the elaboration of corrective, preventive and closure of CPI. Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness and initiatives. Promote and take an active part in quality improvement processes and initiatives. Training Responsibilities, this includes the successful completion, but is not limited to: Comply with the country regulatory legal, safety, quality and environmental requirements. Comply with the technical requirements assigned to the job position. Complete the set of competencies assigned.
