Elevate Guest Wellbeing as a Wellness Manager
Every day as a Wellness Manager at IHG is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Managing end-to-end operations of the Wellness portfolio (Spa, Fitness, Pool/Recreation).
- Designing and delivering premium wellness experiences aligned with brand standards.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a multidisciplinary wellness team (therapists, instructors, attendants).
- Driving revenue through treatment menus, memberships, packages, retail, and promotions.
- Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction through personalized service and effective service recovery.
- Overseeing scheduling, duty rosters, productivity, and payroll inputs for the wellness team.
- Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance (HACCP, H&S).
- Managing budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and performance reports.
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, and F&B to promote wellness offerings.
- Monitoring trends and introducing innovative programs, treatments, and partnerships.
What We Need From You to Drive Guest Wellbeing
To excel as a Wellness Manager, you’ll need:
- Proven experience as a Wellness Manager, Spa Manager, or Health Club Manager, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership and commercial acumen with a guest-first mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of spa operations, fitness programming, and wellness trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
- High standards of grooming, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Relevant wellness, spa, or hospitality qualifications will be an advantage.

POSITION OBJECTIVE To prepare the dining hall before service and maintain it clean, organise and fresh, in addition to his original task in serving the clients. Key Responsibilities Assist in the restaurant cleaning in the morning Clean all service utensils before each service. Help captain waiter in the restaurant set up. Keep his / her appearance clean and maintain a high hygiene level. Help captain waiter in mise en place preparation. Transport food from kitchen to dining hall. Assist captain waiter putting the food plates on clients table Changing ashtrays and fill glasses with water during service. Clear the table after meal is done and clean it. Transport all dirty plates, glasses to the dishwashing area. Work under the guidance of captain waiter and follows his /her instructions.
