Job Description
- Provides proper contract and warranty fulfillment, ensuring that company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications are met.
- Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure that service contracts and product warranties are complete.
- Reviews contracts to make sure they contain the correct contractual rights and obligations.
- Compiles and analyzes current and historical data related to service contracts and warranties to identify problems and improve overall performance.
- Prepares bids, process specifications, progress reports and other reports related to service contracts and product warranties to ensure that established quality and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
Minimum Requirements
- Requires theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree
- Limited to some knowledge of Carrier organization
- University Degree or equivalent
- Less than 3 years prior relevant experience
