We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide remote administrative, technical, and creative support. You’ll wear many hats, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and tackling various projects to keep our team running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, emails, and travel arrangements for assigned team members.
  • Research and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel.
  • Draft and edit documents, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Manage social media accounts and other online presences (if applicable).
  • Conduct online research and data entry.
  • Maintain filing systems and organize documents electronically.
  • Proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
