First level Customer/ supplier interface with regards to negotiations on marketing spends Solves basic customer problems within prescribed guidelines

Ensuring Customer/ supplier satisfaction

Provides operational support to assigned trade marketing Supervisor

Contribute towards developing Customer loyalty and principal retention programs

Communicate observations to Supervisors on:

  • Marketing spends
  • Investment plan by customer
  • Identifies needs and improvement opportunities
  • Provides recommendation of innovative solutions to next level in order to facilitate change or improvement at a process level, such as
  • Consumer promotions
  • Promo packaging

Works towards achieving own set objectives

Directly responsible for the unit top line budget achievement

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management / marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing & Sales Management
  • Minimum of 2 years background on FMCG Business is preferred but not required
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word)
