Key Duties & Responsibilities

·        Creating and implementing the Trade Marketing strategy

·        Managing the trade spend and allocating the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget across all brands.

·        Building relationships with key suppliers, identifying new revenue opportunities

·        Supervising all trade promotion (placing promotions based on marketing calendar),

·        Collate competitive research on window schemes, season launches, sales, promotions and offers.

·        Category management working with each brand manager (planogram, promotion, merchandizing, communication) for stores or special projects,

·        Executing BTL activities (new store launch and consumer promotions)

·        Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, and flyers – writing and proof-reading copy, and liaising with designers and printers.

·        Review the effectiveness of advertisement promotions and take corrective actions.

·        Assist Graphic Designer in supplier and vendor management – approving samples, negotiating cost, new material development etc.

·        Collate competitive research on window schemes, season launches, sales, promotions and offers.

·        Footfall drive, plan and implement events and promotions to increase footfall in malls and instore.

·        Interact with brand visual merchandiser and coordinate with corporate brand team for all in store branding related requirements.

·        Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

·        Familiarity with social media and web analytics
