We are on keen on finding the right personnel who will be leading the onsite supervision of the soft service delivery in the Passenger Terminal Complex to ensure effective and efficiency delivery in compliance with HIA 5 star cleanliness
 

Key Accountabilities 

  • To ensure the delivery of cleaning is performed  as per the agreed scope of work and KPI by conducting cleaning joint audit with janitorial contractors at PTC.
  • Ability to lead a team of Soft Services Supervisors by providing guidelines and directions on day to day operations.
  • Uphold safety standards of MATAR and ensure cleaning activities are conducted in safe manner
  • Ability to understand the required documentation to carry out cleaning activities effectively.
  • Prepare reports and highlight any challenges to Line Management.
  • Formulate solutions for outstanding soft service issues.

Qualifications

About the Candidate

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent with Minimum 3-5 years of Soft Services in 5 star environment.
  • Accredited cleaning certificates (BICS or similar)
  • Ability to lead and work within a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience working in Hotel, Airport, Mall would be an added advantage
