DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides assistance in the use of personal computer hardware, software, and specialised mainframe technology.
- Acts as a customer liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving, and/or initiating the resolution of problems and concerns
- Assist with Manager and act as customer service in technology environment
- Communicate with Clients to define and resolve their issues
- Provide reports from daily raised problems
- Coordinate the technical problems of e-top up service with telecom companies
- Monitor the e-top up service and ensure from the smooth running of the service
- Develop and customize the company website
- Resolve and configure internet to office users
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent at English and local lingual
- Well communication skill
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Logical reasoning
- Well issue solving skill.
- Problem analyze skill.
- A team player who demonstrates patience, flexibility and honesty.
- Be willing and able to meet tight deadlines and work long hours when required.
- A self-starter, who is able to plan and manage his own work, takes initiative and strives to meet deadlines.
- Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Networking (MCSE, CCNA)
- Programing (PHP, Laravel Framework and CSS)
- Knowledge of telecommunication services (USSD, SMSC and Recharge)
