DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides assistance in the use of personal computer hardware, software, and specialised mainframe technology.
  • Acts as a customer liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving, and/or initiating the resolution of problems and         concerns
  • Assist with Manager and act as customer service in technology environment
  • Communicate with Clients to define and resolve their issues
  • Provide reports from daily raised problems
  • Coordinate the technical problems of e-top up service with telecom companies
  • Monitor the e-top up service and ensure from the smooth running of the service
  • Develop and customize the company website
  • Resolve and configure internet to office users

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent at English and local lingual
  • Well communication skill
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Logical reasoning
  • Well issue solving skill.
  • Problem analyze skill.
  • A team player who demonstrates patience, flexibility and honesty.
  • Be willing and able to meet tight deadlines and work long hours when required.
  • A self-starter, who is able to plan and manage his own work, takes initiative and strives to meet deadlines.
  • Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of Networking (MCSE, CCNA)
  • Programing (PHP, Laravel Framework and CSS)
  • Knowledge of telecommunication services (USSD, SMSC and Recharge)
