Technical Business Analyst

We are the team that taking care of client assets and providing them reporting about status of them by consolidating all information from other sources such as banks or investments funds into one place.

Responsibilities

 

Our task is to onboard and transform data stream from 3rd party providers and to provide this data in user friendly way to our clients.

Application has front end and monitoring and back-end that is processing data via files/api data transfer built in microservices manner.

n this role, you will closely work with the development team. You will be the person who will be able to describe what needs to be done and how in technical way, who define, prioritize and manage the team’s sprint backlog, which is managed within a large-scale agile organization based on SAFe. You will be the first point of contact between the Product owner and the team. We are looking for a Business Analyst who would make sure that team backlog is up to date, has proper structure and all User Stories has all needed information in place to enable the day-to-day execution in accordance with business priorities

Capturing, analyzing and documenting business and IT requirements in a clear manner

Designing lean operational processes together with the business owners (BPM)

Translating business requirements into technical requirements concerning software

Systems as well as data models

Defining requirements for IT systems and their integration, e.g. using UML

Defining acceptance criteria and quality assurance methods

Working with people from Business and IT, with different functions and levels

Delivering high quality and sustainable solutions

Skills

 

Must have

Have 5+years’ experience in businesssystem analysis

Strong understanding of IT Technologies

Excellent communication skills

Have strong analytical skills

Ability to form strong relationships with IT and Business

Object oriented design

Open minded and self-motivated

Knowledge in data modelling

High level of competence in verbal and written English

Have very good understanding of business as well as technical language

Create UML diagrams, data flow diagrams, ERD (diagrams)

Analyzing data and metadata of existing IT systems, using scripts, e.g. SQL

Working in agile environment, program/project uses SAFe agile framework, team player

Solutions supposed to be Fully containerised and to use MySQL, elasticsearch, Kubernetes,

Understanding of microservices approach

Hands on core banking and client’ transactions.
