We are seeking a motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates to fulfill manpower needs across various departments and positions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment drives to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

 

  • Review resumes, applications, and online profiles to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience.

Conduct preliminary interviews and screenings to evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles and assess their alignment with organizational culture and values.

 

 

 

Recruitment Coordination:

Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, assessments, and other selection processes.

Communicate with candidates to provide information about job openings, interview schedules, and recruitment procedures.

 

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.

 

Candidate Assessment and Evaluation:

Administer aptitude tests, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ competencies, skills, and suitability for specific roles.

 

  • Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and potential fit within the organization based on predefined criteria and job requirements.

 

 

 

 

Documentation and Compliance:
 

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment activities in the ERP.

 

  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations and data protection laws.

 

 

 

 

Talent Pipeline Management:

 

 

Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future recruitment needs.

Develop relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry networks to source candidates and promote employer brand awareness.

 

 

 

 

Employer Branding and Outreach:

Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s reputation and attract top talent.

Participate in career fairs, job fairs, and industry events to promote the organization as an employer of choice and engage with potential candidates.

 

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate recruitment reports and analytics to track key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

 

Requirements:

 

 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

 

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices.

 

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

 

 

  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR tools.

 

 

  • High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

 

 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

 

 

  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

 

 

  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.

 

 

 

 

Location:

 

 

– Inspire Management Training Centre, with occasional travel for recruitment as required
